Photo Requirements
• JPG or PNG format
• Minimum 1500px on longest side
• Clear, well-lit image
• No screenshots or blurry images
Video Requirements
• MP4 or MOV formats only
• 10 - 30 seconds Max
• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Stable footage for best results
Tips for Best Results
• The video should relate to the photo
• Vertical videos are best. Avoid horizontal (landscape) videos unless the photo is horizontal
• Use the same subject shown in the photo
