Relor Live™ Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Relor Live™ provides digital experiences that combine user-submitted images and videos into augmented reality content. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. All Sales Final

All purchases are final sale. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted.

Failure to upload required files within the specified timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

3. Upload Requirements

Each Relor Live™ experience requires:

- One (1) image (JPG or PNG format only)

- One (1) matching video (MP4 format only)

Both files must be uploaded together as a matching pair.

If your video is not in MP4 format, it must be converted before upload. Relor Live™ is not responsible for failed uploads due to incorrect file formats.

4. Upload Deadline

All required files must be uploaded within five (5) days of purchase.

Orders not completed within this timeframe may be delayed, archived, or forfeited without refund.

5. Processing & Finalization

Once processing of your experience has begun:

- No changes, edits, or substitutions are permitted

- No re-uploads will be accepted

- Submitted files are considered final

You are responsible for reviewing all files before upload.

5a. School & Organization Use

If this service is used for a school, team, or organization:

• The purchaser confirms they have authorization to use all submitted content

• Proper consent has been obtained from all individuals featured

• For minors, consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian

Relor Live™ and Vidcom Filmworks, Inc. are not responsible for:

• Unauthorized use of likeness

• Missing or invalid consent

Organizations are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding media usage.

6. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content submitted.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

- You own the rights to the content, or

- You have permission to use and distribute it

Relor Live™ is not responsible for copyright violations, misuse of content, or unauthorized use of third-party materials.

7. Content Guidelines

Relor Live™ is a family-oriented platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

- Nudity or sexually explicit material

- Hate speech or discriminatory content

- Violent, abusive, or offensive material

Relor Live™ reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse any content at its sole discretion without refund.

8. Experience Deletion

Purchasers may request deletion of their experience at any time.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, the experience cannot be recovered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Relor Live™ is not liable for:

- User-uploaded content

- Lost, corrupted, or incorrectly uploaded files

- Technical issues outside our control

- User errors during upload

Relor Live™ is not a storage service. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, Relor Live™ does not guarantee continuous uptime, permanent hosting of experiences, or compatibility across all devices.

11. Modifications to Service

Relor Live™ reserves the right to modify features, update pricing, or change policies at any time without prior notice.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Relor Live™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

13. Intellectual Property

All Relor Live™ branding, technology, and platform elements are the intellectual property of Vidcom Filmworks, Inc.

Users may not:

- Copy or reproduce the platform

- Reverse engineer the experience

- Use Relor Live™ for unauthorized commercial purposes
