All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of Relor Live™ digital experiences, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Upload Requirement
All required files must be uploaded within 5 days of purchase. Failure to upload within this timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

File Requirements
Each experience requires:

  • 1 image (JPG or PNG only)

  • 1 matching video (MP4 format only)

Both files must be uploaded together as a matching pair.

If your video is not in MP4 format, it must be converted before uploading.

No Changes After Processing
Once production begins, files cannot be changed, replaced, or re-uploaded.

Service Completion
Relor Live™ is considered fulfilled once the experience is created and delivered.
